Symptom
- Incorrect values displays in MS Excel.
- In MS Excel, when opening a report exported to MS Excel Data-Only, the Weighted Average summaries are incorrect.
- Weighted Average summaries that are equal to zero in Crystal Reports doesn't export the correct value when exporting the report to MS Excel Data-Only

Reproducing the Issue
- In Crystal Reports, add a group to a report
- Create a formula to remove values, so we can have a weighted average equal to zero to reproduce the issue. ( Below is an example of a formula )
If {Amount} < 1000 Then 0 Else {Amount}
- Insert a Weighted Average summary for the group based on the formula created in step 2
- Ensure the report option “Convert Other Null Values to Default” is checked
- Preview the report and notice the groups where the weighted average is equal to zero
- Export the report to the format: Microsoft Excel (97-2003) Data-only
- Open the exported report in MS Excel and notice the incorrect values, notice where the weighted average should be equal to zero, it displays the previous weighted average.

Resolution
- The issue is resolved in the following product update and above:
- Crystal Reports 2008 and BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1
- Fix Pack 2.8
- Fix Pack 3.1
- Service Pack 4
