Symptom

Using the Import Wizard of BOXI3.1 and trying to logon to a BO 5.1.x repository for migrate its content, it throws the following error message:

Error logging on to server. Check logon information and try again. (IWZ 00001)

(ERR116) Unable to connect to security domain, please verify database connectivity: DBDriver failed to load: C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86\dataAccess\connectionServer\dbd_oci.dll (The specified procedure could not be found).
