1453109 - Link of all "Failed" instances available in the Instance Manager in Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.x

Symptom

  • Link is available for "Failed" instances of Program Object, Publication, WebIntelligence report and Object Package
  • Link is unavailable for Crystal and Desktop Intelligence reports
  • There is inconsistancy when clicking on failed instances depending on the Type of object:
    - Program Object returns the "HTTP Status 500-" error
    - WebIntelligence  opens an instance
    - Publication displays an instance and a log file
    - Object Package open a View: Job Summary windows
