Symptom

  • When we try to create/open any of the Web Intelligence Reports in InfoView,we get an error: "Cannot perform the operation: no valid license found (Error: INF)"
  • The system already has a valid license.
  • Creation and opening Web Intelligence reports works fine when using Web Intelligence Rich client.
