1455352 - "Error logging on to server. Check logon information and try again. (IWZ 00001)" occurs when inputting new cluster name in Import Wizard

Symptom

  • When the cluster name is changed, input the CMS name as new cluster name in Import Wizard, get IWZ 00001 error.
  • Error message：
    Error logging on to server. Check logon information and try again. (IWZ 00001)
    Unable to connect to cluster <cluster name:port number> to retrieve CMS member list. Locally cached member list not present. Logon cannot continue.
