  • "Failed to retrieve cluster name from the database" - when accessing the Configuration Tab from Central Configuration Manager
  • The database is locked - it is impossible to open a SQLPLUS session to the entire database
  • other error message : "ORA12518 TNS:Listener could not hand off client connection"
