1457556 - XIR2 - Central Management Server, WebI Report Server, and Job Servers start and stop

Symptom

  • Central Management Server (CMS) starts and stops almost immediatly with following errors in Windows Application Event Logs:
    • Event ID 33407: Cluster connection with %HOSTNAME%:6400 has been broken on listener side for reason: (Re-register of listener with remote notifier failed.). Check network connections to CMS machines, and test responsiveness of system database.
    • Event ID 33000: Auditee failed to audit due to a failure to write to the file system.  Please check for file system problems, for instance, unavailability of file server or file system is full
    • Event ID 33007: CMS is unstable and will shut down immediately. Reason: Failed to audit event. Reason: Stream write operation failed
  • Web Intelligence Report Server doesn't start
  • Job servers don't start
