1459588 - XIr2 - Services don't start after reboot server

• After a server reboot while Business Objects Enterprise (BOE) services are still running, restart of the BOE processes result in services starting-up at OS level but showing up as stopped from the Central Management Console (CMC). Only the CMS is considered as up and running at CMC level.
• The Central Management Server (CMS) log files show the following after tracing activation:

• In this scenario, Web Intelligence (WebI) service tracing was enabled and provided the following information in the log. A loop is visible with the service retrying to register every 5 seconds:
