1459735 - Cannot upgrade support package level 40B to support package level 40B1 - Data Quality Management for SAP

Symptom

  • Trying to import SAPK-40B1HINFLDQ.SAR file and it will not work.
  • The CRM Add-On Manager window is empty when trying to import the SAR file.
  • Trying to load the SAR file from the add-on manager in SAINT transaction and it fails.
  • Trying to import the SAR file to upgrade to SP02 version of the software and cannot decompress the SAR file.
