Symptom

  • Error occurs when indexing an Information Space against a universe with large data (50 Million)
  • Error: "The execution of the specified analysis query failed.-The Web Intelligence server cannot be reached. Contact you Business Objects administrator. (Error: RWI 00236)"
  • Web Intelligence Processing Server restarts itself after 20 minutes
  • Increasing Idle Connection Timeout and Timeout Before Recycling of Web Intelligence Processing Server doesn't resolve the issue
