1461563 - Row Level restriction not correctly applied when different users are refreshing Desktop Intelligence reports in InfoView at the same time in BusinessObjects XI 3.1.

• When refreshing a Desktop Intelligence report in Infoview, using a Universe with row level restrictions, the list of value is not refreshed and  does not reflect the user rights.
• If two users with different row level restrictions are refreshing the reports, the second user will see the data of the first one.
• This issue happens only if a second user logs in immediately after the first one.
