  • When trying to refresh a Crystal Report with Dynamic Prompts from the Crystal Reports designer you receive the error:

    Error List of Values failure: fail to get values. [Cause of error:  initializationEx SDKException:Cannot initialize report application  session. --- Unable to connect to the server: . - Cannot connect to the server: hostname.RAS.rptappserver]

    in Spanish:
    Erro en la peticion con el siguiente mensaje de error: 'Erro en la lista de valores: no se pudo obtener los valores. [Causa del error: initializationEx SDKException: no se puede inicializar la sesion de aplicacion de informes: -- No se puede conectar con el servidor: ciccio.RAS.rptappserver
