Symptom

  • User cannot log on to InfoView in serveral hours after starting the Central Management Server (CMS).
  • The CMS cannot be stopped by ccm.sh command.
  • CPU usage of the CMS rises and remains at 100% CPU usage.
  • When the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol is disabled on the Server Intellligence Agent (SIA), the issue doesn't occur.
