Symptom

  • When viewing a webi report with multiple tabs, encountered the following error "An Internal error occurred while calling 'getBlob' API. (Error:ERR_WIS_30270).
  • In the Web Intelligence Report Processing server logs, found the error: cannot open the file <document cache directory>/storage/xxxxx/Blob1.xml
