1464129 - Cannot Schedule Webi reports after installing Fix Pack

Symptom

Webi report schedule to Webintelligence format should work if user has schedule rights, bit no Edit Object rigths.

This has worked properly in XI3.1 SP2 and XIR2..After installation of Fp2.4,
when user who has no Edit Objects right is scheduling report, he is receiving following error :
"Sorry, you do not have the right to 'Edit objects' (ID:6) for [report name]. Please contact your administrator if you require this right."
Scheduling to xls or pdf still works. CR reports are also not affected

Environment

Xi3.1 Fp2.4

Any OS, any DB any Application server.
