1464215 - Getting BODI-300070 error when Upgrading Repository from 12.2.0.0 to 12.2.2.0 - Data Services

When trying to upgrade to new Data Services repository 12.2.2.0 from version is 12.2.0.0000 using the Repository Manager, getting the following error when you hit the UPGRADE button:
