• List of Values for Parameters in the Parameter Panel is different than the List of Values seen when refreshing the report.
• In InfoView, when viewing a Crystal Reports on-demand, it prompts with the expected dynamic list of values for the parameters
• In InfoView, after refreshing the report, the values for the parameters listed in the Parameter Panel, doesn’t display the expected dynamic list of values.

Example:

If you have a Development and a QA system, and in each environment we have an object called country that have the following values:

If we create a report off a BEx Query with a variable on country, and create a report off it in Crystal Reports in the Dev environment, we will see the following values for the parameter: Canada, Mexico USA.

If we promote the report from the Dev environment to QA environment, and refresh the report in InfoView, we get prompted by the parameter and have the expected list of values: China, Japan, Korea, but when viewing the report, in the Parameter Panel, it displays the following values for the parameter Country: Canada, Mexico, USA
