1466702 - How do I permanently delete a StreamWork activity?

I would like to completely remove an activity from my account.  What are the procedures to follow in getting this done?

Closing an Activity

1. StreamWork activities can be removed from your account by performing the following steps:
2. Log into your account.
3. Hover the mouse over the activity you wish to close.
4. Select "Mark as Completed" from the drop down "Actions" menu that will display. 
5. Select "OK" to confirm the closure from the displayed confirmation dialog box.

Note:  You will be prompted to confirm the action to close the activity.

Activities which are simply closed remain in your account and can be reopened at any time.

Delete a Closed Activity

1. Click on the Activities Tab within the page header.
2. Click on the link "Closed Activities".
3. Hover over the activity you wish to permanently delete from the account.
4. Select the "Delete" option from the drop down menu.
5. Select "OK" to confirm the closure from the displayed confirmation dialog box.
