1468932 - SSO from SAP Enterprise Portal to BOE fails with error " server not found or server down (FWM 01003) null

Symptom

When creating an iView using the BOE template to display a Crystal Report from Business Objects Enterprise using the bw_id of the report, the following issues occur:

  • SSO fails from the SAP Enterprise Portal to the Businessobjects enterprise report
  • A logon page is displayed with the following error "Error: Server XXXX not found or server may be down (FWM 01003) null"
