Symptom

  • Error message 00055 (Make an entry in all required field) on partner address screen in transaction VA01/VA02.
  • City (field CITY1) is mandatory for sales order partner address.
  • Field status setting for account group (transaction OVT0) does not apply in VA01/VA02.
  • Customer Activity-Dependent Field Selection setting (transaction OB20) is not applicable in VA01/VA02.
  • The city field must be filled for one-time customers.
