Symptom

1-      Copy the universe through the SDK, duplicates the SI_UNIVERSE.

2-      When using the SDK to copy a universe through the following copy mode:

CopyModes.COPY_NEW_OBJECT_NEW_FILES, this leads to multiple ids associated with SI_UNIVERSE which are not the ids of the universe currently used by the webi document in question.

This makes the SI_UNIVERSE's reliability problematic.
