1470966 - Organizational Unit Manager Unable to View all the Employees in the Team Calendar

The Organizational Unit Manager is unable to view all the employees of the Org Unit in both the Team Calendar and My Teams view.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Managing My Area work center. 
2. Select Launch Team Calendar under Common Tasks or navigate to the My Teams view.
3. The Organizational Unit Manager may not be able to see all the employees of the org unit.

This occurs because the Organizational Unit Manager is a service agent (external employee), and the system restricts service agents from viewing the full list of employees in the Team Calendar or My Teams view.

Currently, when the Organizational Unit Manager is a service agent, they are not able to view all employees in the Team Calendar or My Teams view due to the system's design. This limitation is recognized, and future releases are planned to address this issue and provide enhanced functionality for service agents to view employees in these views.
