1472150 - Webi/Deski/Crystal Report instance scheduled to CSV/PDF/RTF does not prompt to download.

Symptom

  • Open a successfully completed scheduled instance of a Webi, Deski or Crystal in InfoView
  • The report was scheduled as .csv/.xls/.pdf/.rtf ,
  • User is not prompted to download the file.
  • The instance opens up within the InfoView browser frames instead.
