1472160 - UDF on SSAS server- is IIS mandatory?

Symptom

We do not like to have IIS on the SSAS server (MS Analysis server), as this conflicts with our security policy.

                                                                                                                                   
Examining the IIS logs on the SSAS server, it appears that:                                                            
- the UDF WebServices only receives calls during the EA platform configuration (creation/modify/delete).

- Since this configuration, no more UDF Web "get" or "post" messages appeared on the IIS log.                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                   

So, it seems that IIS is not needed as soon as we have the created the AnalyticPlatform.

Can you confirm this and confirm it is ok to remove IIS without any further consequences.
