1473095 - No data to retrieve in Web Intelligence reports

Symptom

  • Refreshing Web Intelligence reports returns no data after the report is saved and running successfully sometimes.
  • Message No data to retrieve is displayed when the report is run.
  • Running the report SQL query using the database client on the Web Intelligence Processing Server returns the recordset successfully.
  • Modifying the report to use Custom SQL with the original SQL generated by the report resolves the issue.
