1473164 - No Data returns Null record.

Symptom

  • When no results returned from the BEx query, in webi report customer not get the prompt: "no data to retrieve" message, just simply the report with empty cells.
  • If you drag the Free-standing cell->Formula and text cells->Query summary, it will dispaly the "Number of Rows": 1. 
  • Issue not reproducible on a XI 3.0 system
