1476311 - Live Office refresh causes unnecessary data provider loading by the Web Intelligence Processing server

• Excel sheets based on Web Intelligence instances via Live Office cause the WebI Processing Server to load the data provider when refreshed
• WebI is loading and doing security checks on the Universe, Universe connection and Universe objects
• Xcelcius dashboards based on these XLS documents set to refresh on open cause load on the WebI Processing Server as it loads the data providers
• The data providers should not be loaded since the Excel sheet is set to refresh against the WebI instance and not refreshing the query
• Logs indicate the query is not being run, confirming it is unnecessary for WebI to load the data providers
• Data providers are not loaded when viewing a successful instance of a WebI Report, similar behavior should occur when refreshing a Live Office document based on an instance
