SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

1477025 - Error: "Runtime Error! program:cts\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\win32_x86\busobj.exe" appears in Deski when a user tries to delete excel based data provider in BOXIR2.

Symptom

  • An Error message “Runtime Error! program:cts\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\win32_x86\busobj.exe
    Abnormal program termination” appears in a Desktop Intelligence report while deleting the excel data provider.
  • The report is based on Excel data provider.
  • Desktop Intelligence crashes after the error message appears.
