1477829 - Streamwork Registration submit button does not work.

I am attempting to create an account on streamwork.com.  After filling out the required fields, the submit button is grayed out.

The registration fields require full entries.  Important factors to check are:

• Name must be a first and last name with a single space between the two names.  Example:  John Smith
• The password can not be too long.
• The email address must be unique.
• The License Agreement check box must be checked.

On the right hand side of the registration fields, you can view tips and any errors messages as they are entered.
