Symptom

  • Unable to refresh Web Intelligence reports in Infoview and in Web Intelligence Rich Client.
  • Error: "Unable to get the first page of the current report. Web intelligence will switch to structure view (WIJ 20003)" when refreshing the report in Web Intelligence Rich Client
  • Error: "Invalid session. Please close your browser and log on again. (Error: WIH 00013)" when refreshing the report in Infoview in view mode
  • Error: "The session timed out. The document [Document Name] has been autosaved in the Favorites~WebIntelligence folder. Click Restore to retrieve it. (Error: WIJ 60001)" when refreshing the report in Infoview in Edit mode
