Symptom

After applying Service Pack 3 of Business Objects XI 3.1, the Xcelsius/QaaWS Acclerator is activated to leverage caching for QaaWS-based dashboards.  Upon refreshing Xcelsius SWF file, the following error is returned: "Error: "VIEW_SQL feature is not supported"
