1480857 - Unable to start CMS after adding the server to an existing BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 cluster environment

Symptom

  • After adding a working server to an existing BusinessObjects Enterprise 3.1 cluster environment, the Central Management Server (CMS) will not stay running. 
  • The below error is shown in the boe_cmsd log:

(0 : Time delta between this APS and XXXXXXX is XXXXXXX ms. This APS will not startup)
