Symptom

  • Scheduling a DesktopIntelligence report failed with the error "The following data providers have not been successfully refreshed:<dataprovider_name>. (DMA0007)"
  • The DesktopIntelligence processing sever log file has the error: ERRORTYPE="" MESSAGE="SetPrompts failed (80004005) " LOCMESSAGE="The following data providers have not been successfully refreshed:
    <dataprovider_name>. (DMA0007)".
  • Issue is occuring only after upgrading to Service Pack3 from BOXI3.1.
