1483446 - Language of the Java Report Panel becomes English when upgrading JRE to 1.6.0_19 or higher on non-English platform

Symptom

  • When upgrading JRE to 1.6.0_19 or higher in Java Report Panel, Warning - Security dialog will be shown, if clicking Yes, then Language of the Java Report Panel will be shown in English
  • Create Web Intellgence report in InfoView, no data is shown in the table
  • Create Web Intellgence report in InfoView, color of the table becomes blue and yellow
