1483778 - Refreshing a Web Intelligence document in Java Report Panel fails after 10 minutes and displays WIS30270 error

Symptom

  • When refreshing a Web Intelligence document in the Java Report Panel, the document times out after 10 minutes and displays "Unexpected Error"
  • Another error is then displayed in the Java Report Panel.  The error is "WIS30270 error in submitReport API" or "WIS30270 error in getPage API"
  • In the botrace logs, the following exception is observed:  BOException caught:RESULT=80004005;WHAT=30111 : Invalid Token
  • Invalid Session.  Please close your browser and log on again.  (WIH 00013)
  • The session timed out.  The Document reportname.wid has been autosaved in the the Favorites~WebIntelligence folder.  Click Restore to retrieve it.  (Error:  WIJ 60001)
