1484228 - Web Intelligence reports refreshed or purged of data in the Java Report Panel or WebI Rich Client produce WIS 30270 and WIJ 20003 errors

• When editing a report in Java Report Panel and purging data, an error is displayed:
  • An internal error occured while calling ‘submitReport’ API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)
• When editing a report in Java Report Panel and purging data, the following 2 errors are displayed:
  • An internal error occured while calling ‘submitReport’ API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)
  • An internal error occured while calling ‘getPages’ API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)
• Editing a report in the WebI Rich Client, purging the data results in an indefinite hang
• Refreshing the data in the WebI Rich Client produces the error:
  • Unable to get the first page of the current report - Web Intelligence will switch to structure view (WIJ 20003)
