• Database drivers crdb_xml.dll, crdb_sforce.dll crdb_javabeans.dll and crdb_jdbc.dll missing
• Failed to Load Database Information error

• Create a VS .NET application and run a report that uses any of the stated database drivers
• Deploy the application and the Crystal Reports runtime

• Database drivers crdb_xml.dll, crdb_sforce.dll crdb_javabeans.dll and crdb_jdbc.dll are not included in any CR MSM or MSI runtime files
• The above drivers are installed on development computers for use in Java applications
• This is by design
