1486975 - Dashboard is blank in PowerPoint after upgrade to Flash Player 10.1

Symptom

After updating Adobe Flash Player 10, existing dashboards appear blank in PowerPoint slideshow mode.  The issue also affects all generic Flex 2 and Flex 3 applications, which do not display in embedded PPT mode using Flash Player 10.1.
