Symptom

While upgrading to Lifecycle management for SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 Service Pack 3, following error message is displayed:

Lifecycle management for SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 SP3 Update cannot install because the version of the product on the system is too low. Setting the SKIP_PATCH_VERSION_CHECK property will skip this check.
