1488746 - Decimal format for spanish(mexico) regional setting is incorrect in Xcelsius

Xcelsius dashboards give incorrect decimal format for numbers when the regional settings are set to Spanish (Mexico).

0. Create a dashboard and add any number in the spreadsheet, for exampe: 1,234.56
0. Bind this data to the label component and set the regional settings for the operating system to Spanish (Mexico).
0. Inspite of setting the appearance/test/number format in the properties of the label component, the data when previewed is displayed as 1,234.5600
0. We find there are additional two zeros after the decimal.

Keep the number format under the properties of the Label component to General and not numberic.
