1489171 - xls Is Locked For Editing When Scheduled From Infoview

Symptom

Customer receives error message:

Audit-Change%20Ownership[2].xls is locked for editing
by 'jzhu'.
Open 'Read-Only' or, click 'Notify' to open read-only and receive
notificaton when the document is no longer in use.

Note that jzhu is not a user.  This is received if the Administrator runs the report.
