There is no option for SAP parameters to be sorted by any other method than the default value method inside of a Crystal Reports LOV.

Resolution
There is no option to sort the parameter, and it will always sort on the value regardless of how the values are sorted in the database. This is due to the normal SAP returnset size and Crystal processing passes. The LOV will always be sorted in descending order.
