Symptom

  • While viewing crystal reports in InfoView using DHTML viewer getting error as : Session expired.
  • The reports have drill-down functionality.
  • After receiving the error, the user is logged out.
  • The same Crystal Reports can be viewed with Java, ActiveX and ADHTML viewer.
