  • Error occurs when generating Comparison charts or Trend charts on a measure which has a specific format
  • Error: "Failed to retrieve a new chart from the server. It is not possible to generate the chart.(PS 50002)"
  • Error message when click Show Details:
    "Internal Generic Chart Provider Error, ProviderID=businessgraphics, InternalErrorCode=Unknown,
    InternalDefaultMessage=String index out of range: 0, InternalLocalizedMessage=,
    RootCauseType=java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException. (VIZ_00001)"
