Symptom

  • Chinese or other Language characters from the SAP BW BEx query are displayed as ### in Web Intelligence report.
  • The Infoview and Central Management Console may display the other language characters when you change the Language in the Preferences of CMC or Infoview.
  • However, when try to view the Web Intelligence report based on the BEx query that has other language characters may not be displayed properly.
  • In BEx query the other Language characters may be displayed propertly.
