Symptom

  • Deski reports fail intermittently with "getLOV Failed" error when refreshed in Java infoview
  • Deski reports fail inermittently with "setPrompts Failed" error when refreshed in Java infoview
  • All affected reports have use customized date prompts
  • All affected reports were migrated from legacy versions (5.x) to XIR2 and then to XI3.1
  • Issue did not occur on XIR2 environment
