1492789 - Error C+811 with price change

Symptom

Could not release price for the new period, system issued C+811 error
 - This only happens when material ledger is active
 - The material is with period status 30 or above

With Material Ledger Active, when changing price for a material (transactions CK24, CKME, CK40N, MR21...), error message C+811 is issued. The material has period status 30 (values and quantities entered) or above.
