A BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 system is not allowing for it's Input and Output FRS locations to be changed to a network share. The setting does not take effect after a restart, and the following warning message is displayed in the Properties of both servers:
"Current: <old location> You must restart the server for changes to take effect''
