1494153 - BODS 3.2 repository creation error: ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor

• Error when creating repository via repoman on Unix
• Successful connection can be established via sqlplus however not at first attempt: if you type 'sqlplus <schemaname>@<tnsname>' this will fail but with above error, but subsequent entry of schemaname/password will succeed.
• BODI-320006: Cannot open connection to the repository. The error                                                                    
  message from the underlying DBMS is <OCI call <OCIServerAttach> for                                                                 
  connection <test> failed: <ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not                                                                   
  currently know of service requested in connect descriptor>.>.                                                                       
  An error occurred during local repository creation."
