1494249 - Error: (RCIRAS0621) when refreshing a Desktop Intelligence report

Symptom

  • Desktop Intelligence reports could not be refreshed.
  • The following error message show up in the Windows Event Viewer:
    • Failed to remove the file <Business_Objects_Install_Dir>\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\Data\DesktopIntelligenceProcessingServer\temp\SERVERNAME.DesktopIntelligenceProcessingServer\child_x in a file system operation.
    • Please check access rights or for a sharing violation. Reason: Directory not empty (RCIRAS0621)
